Hi guys !!! I decided to even do vids outside, so i'm just sharing my thougthts on some subjects.
Alcohol is one of the top 'dumb downers' for people, when you drink it yea you feel like your alive, but go to a pub sober and stay sober during the evening - talk to all the drunken people, it's a mess.

And the money system yea mess too, just a big monopoly-game, and we all know how that ends.

And Working like a slave to provide even more stupid stuff that people didn't need in the first place and on top of it, it's made do destruct after x-years, and the stuff you buy isn't very good quality mostly.

Crows and Magpies must think we people are pretty fucked up.

Hej Jag har beslutat att även göra lite utomhus videos, så jag delar med mig lite av hur jag ser på vissa saker.
Alkohol är en av de giftigaste drogerna och den kanske mest fördummande drogen, gå bara in nykter på en pub och stanna där hela kvällen och prata med alla fulla människor så fattar du vad jag menar.
Penga systemet av idag är utformat som ett monopol-spel och vi vet alla hur det slutar.
Kråkor och Skator måste tycka att vi människor har ganska märkliga beteenden

Hi !!! this is a blog about how a use selfforgivness when i go to sleep (for example)
No future no past just here now looking in to my self applying forgiveness towards my self for everything that comes up regarding anger, shame, guilt, infiority etc and also regarding
thougths that wants to come up and also pain - just looking within in silence in the whole body.
And i understud also we are coverd in layers with this so the process of forgivness may take a while maybe many years but beeing here now and deal with it now in the moment facing it and apply selfforgiveness is the most powerfull tool.

Hej !!! det här är en blogg om självförlåtelse t.ex. när jag ska ligger i sängen och ska sova. Ingen framtid inget förflutet, bara här och nu tittandes in i mig själv och tillämpar förlåtelse för allt som kommer upp rörande ilska, skam, skuld underlägsenhet m.m. och även rörande tankar som kommer upp och även smärta - bara tittande inom i tystnad i hela kroppen. Och jag har också förstått att vi har lager på lager, så processen kan ta ett tag, kanske flera år men att vara här och nu och ta tag i problemen i stunden och tillämpa självförlåtelse är det mest kraftfulla verktyg.
